ORFEV (Orientation-Training-Employment for Youth) served as the flagship holiday program that tested and refined the approach now adopted by the national JEME vision.
During school vacations, ORFEV mobilized partners to deliver immersion placements, short trainings, and career guidance, paving the way for today’s continuous JEME deployment.
